This Private Funding Strategy categorized as non-refundable subsidy, gives the Project Developer an opportunity to capitalize immediately, in the short and medium term, and obtain the financial resources for the successful execution of needed projects.

Also considered Foundations directing funds to non-profit organizations to clean the waterway and the ocean, reduce air pollution, provide clean water supply and wells, clean up cities from trash and provide shelter and food for the homeless, Energy and Water Supply Research and Development, parks and recreation sports complexes and more.
